Just as you likely have, I have had to move through many obstacles in life. In order to help myself and others overcome challenges such as acute and chronic illness, pain, and heartbreak, I have dug deep into exploring, learning, and applying effective eastern and western healing paradigms and modalities. As a result of committing my life to deep healing work, I am strong, healthy, joyful and resilient. I believe you also can achieve an improved state of well-being and I have the tools and experience to help you meet your life and wellness goals.  

 Through utilizing Ayurvedic intake along with Vedic Astrology (Jyotisha), Palm reading (Hasta Samudrika), Ayurveda, Vastu, and Yoga, I shine light on who you are, where you have been, and how to align with your true nature, health, and purpose.  For this knowledge and ability I offer deep gratitude to my teachers Hart de Fouw, Steven Highburger, Penny Farrow, Alakananda Devi, and the guiding forces of universal love and light.

I also have a deep connection with intuitive healing touch utilizing Craniosacral Therapy, Massage, and Reiki. It is a joy to share my healing hands and heart to help you experience increased comfort, relaxation and peace in all layers of your being.
