Service Description

An Occupational Therapy Evaluation will provide information on qualifying needs for OT services and if a need arises, a plan of care will be written including skilled OT assessment of strengths, weaknesses and needs and client directed goals for independence in needed daily home and work tasks. Services are available for children and adults through Teletherapy services.
